The collection contains correspondence, newsclippings, appointment books, notebooks, and other memorabilia of Homer S. Cummings and Cecilia Cummings. The collection includes manuscripts of poems by Homer Cummings; his mother's photograph album; speeches; a memorial book for Cecelia Cummings; a movie script, "Boomerang," based on a case Cummings prosecuted in Connecticut; programs and addresses for testimonial dinners honoring Cummings; and a 1944 manual for the Democratic National Convention.
